You can provide a hand-drawn sketch, a scan, a photograph, an old brochure plan or another existing layout. The completed floor plan follows the rooms, labels, dimensions and other information visible in the supplied source.
How much does a floor plan redraw cost?+
The first floor plan for a property costs €8. Each additional floor plan for the same property costs €5. For example, a property with three floor plans costs €18 in total.
Is a revision included?+
Yes. One round of revisions is included. Please provide all labels, measurements, style preferences and other requirements before the redraw begins whenever possible.
How quickly will I receive the completed floor plan?+
Typical delivery is around 24 hours. Complex plans or larger groups of files may take longer, and the expected timing is confirmed according to the supplied material.
Is the finished plan an architectural or measured drawing?+
No. This is a floor plan redraw for property listings and marketing. It is based on the source you provide and is not a measured survey, architectural drawing or construction document.
