1. Who provides the service
Vistune Studio is the trading name of the service provider identified as the seller at Whop checkout and on your payment receipt (“Vistune”, “we”, “us”). Whop provides the payment layer and may appear on your statement; Vistune remains the supplier of the editing or redraw service. You can contact us through the support form.
2. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and must provide accurate information. If you order for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
The service, quantity, total price in US dollars, package duration and included revision are shown before payment. An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed. Whop processes the payment under its own buyer terms. Taxes or currency-conversion charges may be shown by Whop or your payment provider where applicable.
We may correct an obvious pricing or technical error before work begins. If we cannot supply an accepted order, the appropriate refund will be issued through Whop.
4. What is included
Photo editing covers the reasonable professional enhancement and requested visual changes that can be completed from the supplied source files. Floor plan redraws are presentation graphics created from the source material you provide; they are not surveys, architectural drawings, construction documents or measurements certified for legal or technical use.
The order covers the quantity purchased. Requests that materially change the original brief, introduce new source material after delivery, or require additional versions are outside the original scope and may require a new order.
5. Production methods
Vistune determines the methods, tools and workflow appropriate for each order. These may vary depending on the supplied materials, requested result and complexity of the work. The client purchases the agreed deliverable rather than any particular production method, tool or workflow. The client’s instructions describe the desired result but do not give the client the right to require or prohibit a particular method, tool or workflow. Vistune is not required to disclose its internal process and remains responsible for delivering the work in accordance with the agreed brief.
6. Photo balance and delivery
Purchased photo capacity is added to one account balance that may be used across the properties created in that account. For purchases made from 3 October 2026, the balance remains available for 180 days from confirmed payment; earlier purchases retain the expiry shown at their checkout unless extended by a new purchase. If more photo capacity is purchased before the balance expires, the validity of the complete unused balance is extended to 180 days from the new confirmed payment. Unused capacity expires at the end of the applicable period and does not roll over, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or we agree in writing.
Turnaround of around 24 hours is a good-faith estimate for submitted work, not a guaranteed deadline. Complexity, submission size, incomplete instructions, service interruptions or a need for clarification may extend delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.
7. Your files and instructions
You confirm that you own the files or have all permissions needed to upload them and instruct us to process them, including permissions relating to copyright, privacy, people, properties, logos and third-party material. You must not submit unlawful, deceptive, harmful or infringing content. You remain responsible for checking that your listing and finished visuals comply with applicable advertising, property and platform rules.
Source files and instructions must be usable, complete and accurate. Vistune is not responsible for an error that results from missing, inaccurate or misleading source material or instructions.
8. Revision and acceptance
One consolidated revision within the original scope is included for each separately submitted piece of work. Submit all requested adjustments together through the relevant work page, normally within 7 days after delivery. A correction required because the delivered files materially differ from the accepted brief does not reduce any mandatory legal remedy. Additional rounds are not currently sold as a separate add-on. Changed preferences, new files or a changed brief may require a new order.
9. Intellectual property
You retain all rights you already hold in your source files. You grant Vistune a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, copy, modify, process and disclose the supplied materials to service providers as reasonably necessary to fulfil and deliver the order, create backups, provide support, maintain quality and security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. After full payment, you may use the finished deliverables for your lawful personal or commercial purposes. Vistune retains its pre-existing tools, workflows, templates and know-how. We do not use client files publicly as portfolio material without permission.
10. Service limits
Visual preferences are subjective, and we do not guarantee a particular number of enquiries, sale price, rental outcome, platform ranking or business result. Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Where permitted by law, the service is otherwise provided without implied guarantees beyond those expressly stated.
11. Suspension and refusal
We may pause or refuse work, suspend access or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, abusive conduct, unlawful or infringing content, a security risk, payment reversal, sanctions restrictions, breach of these Terms or a request we cannot safely or lawfully perform. Any refund in that situation is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and mandatory law.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vistune is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, listing performance or loss caused by your source files, instructions or unlawful use of deliverables. Vistune’s aggregate liability arising from an affected order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
You are responsible for reasonable losses, claims or costs caused by your breach of section 7 or unlawful use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Events outside reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control. We will resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable. This does not remove any non-excludable refund or consumer right.
14. Changes and governing rules
The version accepted when you place an order governs that order. We may update these Terms prospectively for future use. The contract is governed by the law applicable to the Vistune supplier identified on your receipt, while consumers keep any mandatory protections and rights available in their country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.
